Fostering

Foster families are needed to help provide a temporary home for animals who are sick or injured and need attention in an environment other than the shelter or when there is a shortage of space available at the shelter. Foster volunteer applications are available at the shelter or click on the link below to open a printable version (Adobe Acrobat portable document format), then print and mail in or drop off at the shelter.

Volunteering at the Shelter or at events and fundraisers

Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks at the shelter and at events and fundraisers. An application must be filled out to perform volunteer work. Applications can be picked up at the shelter during regular shelter hours or click on the link below to open a printable version. Call the shelter at 734-243-3669 for more information.
