Adoption Policies
Please note that we do not adopt pets to anyone on their initial visit. If you have an interest in a particular dog or cat, we will have you fill out an adoption application. We then have to review the application. This process is usually completed within two days. Our goal is to ensure that we have a good match for both the adopter and adoptee.
Our adoption fees are $130 for dogs, $160 for puppies 6 months and under, cats and kittens are $55. A second cat is half price if adopted within 30 days of the first adoption. Any animal 5 years or over is 1/2 the adoption fee. The dogs and cats are current on their vaccinations, have been treated for worms, fleas, ear mites and other parasites and have been spayed or neutered. Dogs have been heartworm tested and are on heartworm medication. Cats are tested for leukemia/FIV.
