HELP US EARN DONATIONS THROUGH YOUR KROGER CARD
Kroger is giving $5 Million to local charitable organizations through their Community Rewards Program. All you have to do is link your Kroger plus card to Humane Society of Monroe County and the Humane Society of Monroe County, MI will get rewarded each time you shop! You must re-register ever APRIL!!
The Taco Bells in Monroe Twp (on LaPlaisance Road - in the Marathon Gas Station), Dundee and Milan have placed a change bank in their restaurant and will match all donations dropped in that bank. Look for the above flyer in their restaurant. Remember, your small change can make a big change to shelter animals.
COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF MONROE COUNTY
Two of our longtime members (who prefer to remain anonymous) have endowed a fund to benefit the Humane Society through the Community Foundation of Monroe County. This fund will augment our ongoing fundraising for day-to-day operating funds. As the endowment grows through additional donations from other supporters, the Humane Society will receive disbursements of the interest earned. The larger the fund grows, the more interest will be received each year for operating expenses and programs.
We hope that, in addition to your present donations, you'll help to grow this very generous donation from these very special supporters who began our endowment, into a vehicle to ensure the future of the HSMC.
